Alexander Michael Kelly receives award during Honors Day ceremonies at Wofford College

Wofford College senior Alexander Michael Kelly was recognized on May 3 during Honors Day ceremonies when he received the the James Edwin Proctor Award, the departmental award for finance. Kelly is majoring in economics and finance. .

The academic major awards are made by the faculty to seniors recommended by the major departments on the basis of academic achievement, character and intellectual promise. Some of the awards are named in honor of persons who have made significant contributions to the intellectual life of the college.
