Allison Tolberg awarded Spring 2011 Study Abroad Scholarship by IES Abroad

The Institute for the International Education of Students (IES) Abroad has awarded merit-based scholarships to six Wofford college students for Spring semester 2011. Included is:

For its Spring 2011 Merit-Based Scholarships, IES Abroad is awarded a total of $105,000 to 74 U.S. college and university students. These scholarships are part of the $2.3 million in study abroad scholarships that IES Abroad is awarded for the full 2010-2011 academic year.

Scholarship recipients will attend study abroad programs in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand and South America. The IES Abroad students bring outstanding academic credentials to their study abroad programs and attend top-tier schools around the country.
