Caroline Dillon participates in Wofford College's 2015 summer Institute

Caroline Dillon is participating in Wofford College's 2015 summer Institute. Dillon, a member of the class of 2017, is majoring in art history with a minor in religion.

The Institute, a program created by the college in 2009 to help students learn professional skills such as networking, public speaking and consulting before graduation to help them better compete for jobs. The Institute runs from July 6 through August 6, and includes a one-week trip to New York City to experience direct industry exposure in one of the world's greatest business centers.

As an institute participant, students will work on one of four real-world consulting projects. By using their classroom training to solve a problem for a business or non-profit, students will learn transferable skills and real-word experience, making them a stand-out candidate for jobs and graduate schools.
