Elaine Best wins award(s) in the South Carolina Press Association 2015 Collegiate Contest.

Elaine Best, co-editor, won first place for Column Writing Portfolio. Best, a member of the class of 2016, graduated on May 15, with a degree in history.

The Old Gold and Black, Wofford's student newspaper, won 12 awards overall in the South Carolina Press Association 2015 Collegiate Contest, including First Place General Excellence, the top paper in the state for the category of non-daily, under 5,000 undergraduate enrollment.
