Shonte Lakila Danielle Campbell receives award during Honors Day ceremonies at Wofford College

Wofford College senior Shonte Lakila Danielle Campbell was recognized on May 7 during Honors Day ceremonies when she received the the Harold W. Green Award, the departmental award for accounting. Campbell is majoring in accounting with a minor in business. Harold W. Green was a professor of economics and accounting from 1965 to 1986 and chaired the accounting department

The academic major awards are made by the faculty to seniors recommended by the major departments on the basis of academic achievement, character and intellectual promise. Some of the awards are named in honor of persons who have made significant contributions to the intellectual life of the college.
