Travis Nathaniel Eaton Trojan receives award during Honors Day ceremonies at Wofford College

Wofford College senior Travis Nathaniel Eaton Trojan was recognized on May 7 during Honors Day ceremonies when he received the the departmental award for Chinese and the James A. Chiles Award, the departmental award for German. Trojan is majoring in Chinese and German with a concentration in gender studies.

The academic major awards are made by the faculty to seniors recommended by the major departments on the basis of academic achievement, character and intellectual promise. Some of the awards are named in honor of persons who have made significant contributions to the intellectual life of the college.
