Victoria Erin Hill inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at Wofford College

Victoria Erin Hill, a member of the class of 2016, was accorded Wofford College's highest academic honor Thursday, May 7, when she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Hill, majoring in biology, will be graduating a year early from Wofford. She is a member of Beta Beta Beta Honor Society, has served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and played on the Wofford women's soccer team. She also was a member of the Southern Conference All-Conference Academic Team for three years, received the Southern Conference Commissioner's Medal and has been named to the Dean's List every semester of her college career. A candidate for a bachelor of science degree, Hill plans to work as a veterinary technician for a year before applying to graduate school to pursue a career as a veterinarian. .

Thirty-five Wofford College students and recent graduates were initiated as members-in-course during the ceremony that marked the 74th anniversary of Phi Beta Kappa at Wofford.
