Wofford student Simone Worthy wins award at fifth Palmetto Chinese Star Contest

Simone Worthy, a member of the class of 2016, won second place, along with Wofford student Dillan Trojan, in Language Proficiency in the Advanced Level. She is from Stockbridge, Ga.

Six Wofford College students recently earned six awards in the Palmetto Chinese Star contest, a statewide (S.C.) competition that allows Chinese language students to demonstrate their language and culture proficiency.
