Wofford College, established in 1854, is a four-year, residential liberal arts college located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The college is nationally known for its outstanding faculty, study abroad participation, successful and supportive graduates and commitment to making college affordable and accessible; 99% of students receive some form of financial assistance. The college's 190-acre campus, located within walking distance of Spartanburg's thriving downtown, is home to about 1,800 undergraduates. Loughlin brings home a victory in the National Horse Show

Grace Loughlin '27 brought home a victory at the National Horse Show at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky, earning first place in her Amateur Hunters division. "It's such an honor to get to compete at this venue, let alone win," says Loughlin of the National Horse Show, which has hosted some of the highest-achieving riders and horses in the world. This year, Loughlin was one of only 15 women in her section invited to compete.

No matter what happens at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association national championships on Thursday, May 4, Remington Linker '25 has already won. After what she went through to get there, it's just that simple.

With COVID obstacle removed, SpartanDogs return to competition

For two years, the SpartanDogs faced an obstacle they couldn't go over, under or around. The Spartan race team, started in 2019, competed in one event before COVID-19 shut them down. The team returned to action in November and has another event coming up April 10 in Concord, North Carolina.
